I've combined the images of the Tessera that have come out so far that I believe were made from the same picture.
The two images below are a combination of the tessera as it is and the images that were hidden within it
Unbeknownst to me, it turns out that this is the same picture as the Aurora’s game picture, though in a different color.
Tessera is made up of only cut out keys, even in the images in it
These are the tesserae that were used in "why who killed...". I just participated in the tessellation and it was very interesting that these images represented Nemesis and ****.

What can the 2 red-crossed key in the white image mean?
As tresserae they are "Who Killed Devra Bogdanovich?" and "Who Killed Roland Jarvis?"
ADA was responsible for Devra but we're told it's not clear what happened. ADA claims she's innocent and was somehow manipulated by Nemesis.
Copperplate stepped in when Avenir didn't **** Jarvis's simulacrum.
If you put these two events together, you can make some assumptions.
You meant, in these sections, it's not ONE certain Nemesis member to **** a Niantic Magunus member?
The colors that are within a Tessera piece denote who's responsible.
These two events denote the color black.
I'll let you figure out the connection as each researcher has their Nemesis counterpart.
