Appeal removal about both portals

I want an appeal of two portals that was removed today and both of them have the next names:

-"Centro Joven Lobete" with the next coordinates: 42.460954,-2.430583 or nearby

-"Parque infantil Centro Joven Lobete" with the next coordinates: 42.460764,-2.430539 or nearby

And i dont have a photo from "Parque infantil Centro joven Lobete" but i thing that these both portals can be stay online, i dont know why these portals got a removal
