Away to set up safe portal
Looking set a new portal. It a safe place in front of my local firedepartment so players can even stay in cars if need. Has a big parking lot and it old building with alot of history. It at 5081 wardbasin rd in milton fl USA 32583. It is the EastMilton Fire Department.

1. That's not how it works.
2. If it worked like this, this wouldn't be the place to ask.
3. This would clearly block emergency services and would be ineligible.
To set up a portal you need to level up by 10 and use your scanner to submit a portal candidate.
(And then it will be reviewed by players community to decide it would be received as a portal or rejected. Good luck.)
