Notification in Home and Categories about new threads/posts

Hi there!

Perhaps it is there and I don't see it, so any advice about how to activate it would be more than welcome, but I'd really love to be able to see if there are new posts in the community without having to visit each category and subforum looking for new threads or replies. Something like what we have when we are in a specific category but applied to the general categories, so that we know that there is new content there:

So, if I click to open the Events subforum, I'd see either that there is new content there or I would see the same notificacion in one of the subforums it contains, and the new content would be tracked more easily.
