It was it is. It is top secret information from the other fraction, please do not share this info with other fraction. Niantic or a poke mon go players. Or with me or on the internet or with your mother.
This kind of items are called "Media Items".
They can be images, videos, urls, etc.
They have portions of information related to Ingress Lore, or Ingress Story.
Sometimes they contain hidden information that is in a secret code. This coded info can lead to item redeemable codes.
You can try to solve this on your own, or work with your Faction, or work with both factions (crossfaction).
There is a crossfaction group called Essex that can tell you all about that media you have there... Search for Essex at the Investigation section of the forums
