Are Upgrades working or not?
Upgrades are the only reason for me to review, because I already have my black medal.
2 days ago I got an upgrade for a Portal that was in queue for weeks. It was approved on the same day. So I thought it‘s working now. But then I got an upgrade for another nomination yesterday and today it‘s still not even in voting.
The whole upgrade thing seems to be full of bugs.
