Large boulders as portals ?

I have recently seen more and more large boulders submitted as portals/stops.
are they a natural feature or acceptable ? We have very few of those 1000+kg stones around here. Typically one in a neighborhood of 50-200 houses. Some has a text. Others do not.
so they are rare/unique. More permanent than many other. Historical value ? Possible, they are from the ice age way way back. And often they are best portal opportunity in an area.

Are these the decorative ones like at Targets? Or they different? Also have you checked out the new wayfarer community forum? I suggest checking it out if you haven't.
They are typical at a path or near road entrance to the neighborhood. Likely the largest boulder found in the area. Typical more than 1m3
If they have some form of historical or cultural significance, sure, if it can be shown. Otherwise they are just large rocks and are not unique.
