Niantic Files and Ingress related reading material

As we enter this time of self quarantine around the world, without the ability, for some,, to actively engage portals, a question was brought up in one of the Essex sub-channels of telegram.
Is it possible for Niantic to release the files and related books at an extreme discount rate? Maybe give agents something to read if they can't get out?

You realy need this?))
considering that now you have to answer a question to get correct tessrae placement, I believe the answer to your question is yes. You never know what node the question is going to be about, and if it is about 1218, then agents who weren't around at that time will lose out on the opportunity to prove the correct answer.
