Resonator level to-deploy drops down

When deploying resonators to already captured portal, there is unpredictable and inconsistent behaviour - sometimes the application drops the level to be deployed even if I have enough XM. When Inspin the choicr to Level 8 and open deployment screen again, application scrolls down to first available level (for example L7), but when I reach another portal, it offers adding L4 instead of "highest level possible" again. Annoying!
