Glyph hacks with <1 second remaining award no speed bonus/AP

Completing a glyph sequence with less than one second remaining awards no speed bonus or additional AP even if the sequence was correct.

I believe this is a visual bug only, as confirmed when it used to show 0% for anything below 20% speed bonus, but was confirmed to still give the additional output.

They just moved the dial from 20% to 5%.

Not only visual. L8 portals don't give glyphs ap when under 1 sec left.

Just tested rigth now : level 8 res portal glyph only got the enemy faction 100 ap (but you can see successful glyph as +15 glyph points) :
